What information do you need to set up my utilities?
To get started, we only need the details on our registration form that you or your agent supplied when signing up - your name, new address, contact details and moving date.
We use these details to run our checks at your property ahead of the call. During the call, we'll confirm these details on recording to complete the mandatory registrations. Your Connections Expert will also take any other details they need. This could include the serial number and readings from your energy meters to complete your energy registration. They will also ask you about your requirements and preferences for your other services such as broadband in order to make the best recommendation and help set up a suitable package for you.
