What do I need to do to prepare for a call?
There's no preparation required for your call - your Connections Expert will run comprehensive checks on your new property ahead of time.
To save time, however, there are a few pieces of information you can have handy as you may be asked for them on the call. First is the details of the payment method you would prefer to use to set up your new contracts, either the credit or debit card details or the sort code and account number of a UK bank account for direct debit payment.
The other details your Connections Expert might need are your energy meter serial numbers and readings if there are any complications with your energy registration.
