The details on my bill are incorrect

While our registrations automatically use the details submitted to us, sometimes the details on your actual bills can be incorrect. This can be because of an error in the information we have been sent, a mistake on the part of your supplier or because someone else tried to register you at the same time, such as your landlord.

If you have received a bill with incorrect details then your account has been opened, and the quickest way to correct this is to reach out to your supplier directly. You should be able to correct any details through your online account with them, or by reaching out directly to the contact details included with your bill.
