I need to change or reschedule my order
Once your initial order has been placed, we are no longer able to make any changes to your broadband order. Only named contract holders will be able to add services, cancel an order or change an installation date.
The easiest way to do this will be through your online account with your supplier, which you should have been contacted about opening shortly after we placed your original order.
