I haven't received a discount, promotion or free gift that was included in my order

Any discount or promotional pricing should appear on your first bill - you may see the original total first and then the discount appearing as credit. If the pricing on your bill is wrong, you can reach out to your supplier through your online account or let your agent know so we can speak to our partners.

If your order included a gift card, this can take up to 90 days to be issued by your supplier. If it's been more than 90 days since you ordered and you haven't received anything, let us know so we can make sure you receive it.
